"MENTAL EDGING with MIND AEROBICS" - 6 hours.

 

Recent research shows that brain exercises can have a lasting effect on the resilience of the brain. You will learn and practice exercises designed to stimulate your “memory fitness”.  This class can be offered as a one-day brain fitness practicum or as a series of three/four separate sessions.  This six-hour practicum will provide you with a variety of tools to help you with brain fitness while having fun.

During the past five years more than 3,000 active

and older adults have attended Dr. Vedula’s

presentations and classes on the topic of brain fitness. 

 

He does an educational and entertaining one-hour

Brain Jogging presentation about memory

and brain fitness.  This presentation is usually free to 

non-profit groups such as church organizations or

women's clubs.  He also teaches a four or five-week

course called Mind Aerobics.

numerous times and has received rave reviews!
